The AKC Canine Good Citizen program promotes good manners, confidence, and responsible ownership. It lays the groundwork for advanced training, therapy, and service work by teaching dogs to stay calm, focused, and polite in everyday situations. Through this program, dogs and handlers strengthen communication, trust, and teamwork while earning recognition for their skills and progress.
CGC
