CGC
The Canine Good Citizen test is the foundation level, assessing your dog's basic manners and obedience. The 10 test items include:
- Accepting a friendly stranger - Sitting politely for petting - Appearance and grooming - Walking on a loose leash - Walking through a crowd - Sit and down on command, staying in place - Coming when called - Reacting appropriately to another dog - Reacting appropriately to distractions - Supervised separation

Certifications
CGCA
The Community Canine test takes obedience to the next level by evaluating a dog’s ability to behave in more challenging, real-world settings. Dogs must already have their CGC title before taking this test. Key skills tested include:
- Walking through a crowd on a loose leash - Walking past distractions (people, dogs, food, etc.) - Sitting/staying in place while owner walks away - Recall with distractions - Polite behavior in public spaces
